its a scary experience to go to the gym, do your workout and halfway, you realise you can't really stand up straight for a while cos of the strain..
urgh. physically bad and a lil bo sey. lol. though the sey doesnt realli matters when its at this stage.
too long never train at this intensity.. and silly me. i was tryin to clock double sessions. thank god it's much better after some muscle rub and a good night's sleep.
